How do i know your website is safe to use?

Our parcels are delivered in blank packaging. This insures you have maximum privacy, and nobody but you will know what’s inside.
How do i unsubscribe from your newsletter page?
If you wish to un-subscribe from our newsletters and promotions, you must contact our administration department requesting to un-subscribe, or select the un-subscribe link in the newsletter your receive.
Do my orders need to be signed for?
All orders must be signed for to confirm delivery. Remember your box of fun will be packaged discretely so whoever signs for it wont know what’s inside.
How do i use promotional coupon codes?
Promotional discount coupon codes can be used at the checkout confirmation page, or the view cart area to receive discounts, look for the apply coupon code box and enter the code given to receive the proposed discount.
How do i pay?
Once items have been added to your shopping basket, you can then visit your basket and press the checkout button. At this point you will be then transferred to a confirmation page, so you can confirm you have the right items and delivery options selected. Once you have confirmed your items you can submit your invoice address and delivery address, and make payments via a Direct Bank transfer, Barclays Bank Pingit App Transfer, or PayPal. Once your payment has been approved you will receive a confirmation email which is your proof of purchase and your order is then complete.
How do i return or exchange an item?
The return or exchange procedure is simple. Customers must contact our admin department to let us know items are being returned. A member of staff will send you the appropriate return address depending on the reason for return, and as long as the returned item complies with our return policy a full refund or exchange will be granted.
How do i cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order, contact us and submit your name, address, & order number, and we will issue a refund if your item has not been dispatched yet. If it is too late and your order has already been dispatched then please don’t open your product when it arrives, let us know you are returning it. Will you pass my details on to anybody else?
Will i receive junk email from you if i sign up to your newsletter?
Our newsletters, promotions & discounts are designed to give you the best offers we have. However you can simply contact us to opt out of this scheme, or select the un-subscribe here button from the newsletter email you receive. Once this is done you will not receive any promotions via email.
I dont want it anymore what do i do?
When a product is unwanted we can offer an exchange or a refund as long as the items packaging has not been opened, and you let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. We have this policy to ensure hygiene standards are upheld. Please read the return policy on our terms and conditions page.
Is there a minimum spend in your store?
There is no minimum spend in our store, however free shipping is granted to those who buy items that cost £10 and above, and choose the 3-5 days delivery option.

What will my bank statement say when i purchase from you?
We do our very best to insure that your sexy secrets remain secret, so your statement will read as BOF. When our parcels are delivered they will be in blank packaging to ensure your neighbours, children, or parents wont find out what your box of fun is.
When will my delivery arive?
Our delivery options are next day delivery, or items can be delivered within 3-5 working days. If orders are made before 1pm, items can be delivered the next working day. Please select the appropriate delivery option when selecting your items at the checkout area.
What shoud i do if my product is faulty?
When items are faulty we will do our best to offer an exchange refund, or credit your BOF account to the amount refunded. Please follow the steps in our returns policy.
